Technical Caretaker / Janitor (local employee)

The full-time position (40 hours/week) is initially limited to one year, with option to be extended:

Work consists of the following tasks:

• carrying out maintenance work / craftsmen activities

• carrying out service and repair work at the three Embassy’s premises

• take over driver activities on a temporary basis

As qualifications the Embassy requires:

• very good knowledge of English (speaking, reading and writing)

• good knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• completed training as an electrician, mechanic or plumber

• ability to work in a team with social and communication skills, creativity and initiative

• valid residence permit for the State of Kuwait

• valid driving license for the State of Kuwait

Remuneration will be paid according to the salary scheme of the German Embassy.
